I have found them to be pretty good. I've been with them over a year. They respond to tickets super fast, which has always impressed me. As I said, we thought we only kept one version of the file. Poor old Duncan has been feeling terribly guilty about it all. Particularly as August is always a sluggish month anyhow! Looking forward to meeting you at the Expo as well. Must look at getting some hotels booked.
