You should consider going “agile”! Agile project management methodolgies are all about bringing flexibility to your work streams but maintaining control. Deliver value quickly and continuously whilst maintaining quality.

I’d like to post up some more info on agile blogging, I think there are some ideas that would genuinly transfer from the commercial/corporate web environment I worked in over to individual projects.

Have a google and ping me a mail if interested, I’d be happy to write a post on the basic concepts.

Thanks Elaine for the recommendation and thanks for dropping by also Al! A couple of people have mentioned your presentation to me and the slides were really useful. A lot of what was spoken about were things I’d already been turning over in my mind, so good to know I’m on the right track!
