Even our house in the hills just outside Melbourne had evidence of their activity when we tried to sell it a few years ago. The sale fell through because of it and we had to pay for the house to be treated and we sold it a year later. I would you follow advice on having regular inspections. It's a quarter to 4 am here in Toronto, I have just came home after consuming mass quantities of premium 12 year single malt scotch, and that video just set me over the edge! I get a kick out the fact that you found a TV commercial that's for a local company here in West Palm Beach, FL. Unfortunately one of the twins died last year. They had quite a career.
