I’ll try using Yahoo in the next couple of days then and keep you posted.
I’ve already got a WordPress site up and running for a potential newbie niche, so it should be fine and dandy for some landing page fun!

The thing with Yahoo is that their landing page rules are not so strict as Adwords. You also don’t have issues with trademarked terms.

You can get a nice wee income stream using both Yahoo and MSN if you pick the right words, so they are definately worth using. I probably get 20% to 30% of my income from the two smaller PPC engines, so they’re definately worth a go.

On the other hand, Yahoo does not allow direct to merchant PPC which can be awkward. however, 2 or 3 hours with a wordpress blog would get you a perfectly passable landing page, so it’s perhaps not a huge barrier to trying PPC with this voucher.

n short – I think Yahoo can work OK for newbies!

I’m just venturing into affiliate marketing to get away from my daily 2 hour commute from Manchester to Liverpool and your website really helps us beginners.

Do you think it’s worth newbies to affiliate marketing trying Yahoo marketing, and hence using this code, rather than starting with Adwords? Or is there too little search volume when compared to Google?
