I hope you and Duncan had/have a wonderful wedding and that all goes stress free. You guys are amazing and I am truly always awe-struck how you have managed to pull off such amazing feats in your life and make it seem so easy. You guys are truly an inspiration. I love the fact that you do everything in UK without bothering with us bloody Americans and our house-of-cards economy. All the best to both of you on your big day. Just keep it simple, and try to relax. People overdo weddings these days. The marriage rite itself is the key thing; the rest is just window-dressing.

How stressful, I really empathise with you. Is hubby to be just laid back and chilled out or does he get stressed too? Hopefully you’ll get to the stage where you’ll just relax and say “whatever happens, happens – its out of my control”. Remember its only going to be in front of family and friends so they’re on your side. When the chest pains start just sit somewhere quiet and breathe deeply, remember life’s just a ride

Whatever happens on the big day it’ll be great, even if there are a few hickups. So, try not to stress too much! I haven’t been through it yet myself, but make sure you take the time to relax and enjoy it – because I bet the day will go in a flash! Best of luck! Rich.
